CNFC’s organizational and operational principles

Center for Protection of Non-Fiction Copyright – CNFC is organized and operates in accordance with current laws and the Center’s Charter approved by the Vietnam Association of Non-Fiction Authors on December 19, 2023.

The Center is a voluntary, self-governing, democratic, equal, public, non-profit, self-funded organization, responsible before the law, in compliance with the Constitution, laws and the Center’s Charter. The Center is under the State management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant ministries and branches regarding the scope and fields of the Center’s operations.

The Center ensures fairness and non-discrimination among Members; between Members and non-Members; between users; between domestic and foreign entities, except for cases specifically provided for in the Center’s Charter.

The Center ensures transparent operations before Members, users and society.

The Center is part of the collective representation system of copyright and related rights in Vietnam.

Organizational structure
